Accuracy of reply time based on ADS-TWR

Hello,
I’m working on ads-twr based project.
To reduce UWB message exchange when ranging, I am going to introduce the TREK1000 SOURCE CODE method.
Preamble is considering 1024 or 2048.

I think there are more than eight anchors to build, but I understand that TWR accuracy decreases as the relpy time increases.

Can someone share knowledge with me?
