Anchorless ranging application

We would like to implement a ranging application using the DW1000 chip and a Cortex-M4 based BLE MCU. The BLE will be used to detect available tags in range, and the DW1000 should perform precision ranging. We would like to have, say 20 tags with this configuration, and each tag should be capable tomeasure the distance to each other tag in range. So there would be no anchor. In the DW1000 manuals we found that such a configuration is possible. Do you have an example code to support such a configuration? Where would we need to start software design, what is available? Which manual should be consulted. In moment we are missing the leads to start the SW design. Could you please give some advice?
