I’m looking for a module similar to the dwm1000 but with the EXTCLK/SYNC pin available, so it is possible to synchronize clock between several modules? Is there an already made/available module ? Otherwise is the dwm1000 design available with full BOM ?

The external sync function pin is available on the DW1000. However the 38.4 MHz clock can only be sourced from the on module oscillator which negates most but not all of the uses of the sync pin. You can sync the clocks but if they are running at different speeds they aren’t going to stay in sync.
I’m not aware of any modules that allow the use of an external clock input, at that point you’re normally going to have to spin your own board.
