I have recently bought several pieces of UWB plain-module and just realized that the model DWM1001C doesn’t come with pre-flashed firmware. However at my place there is no way to get a development board until mid of next year. Is there any way to flash the firmware other than purchasing a emulator which is pretty expensive?

you dont need to buy emulator but you need to buy programmer like Segger (J-link) or Black magic probe or something else.
