DWM1004C Tag blinking at high rate after Jumpers are removed

Hi,

I have a DWM1004C-Dev TDoA Tag and I have removed Jumpers (J6, J14, J15, J16, J17 & J18).
The tag is set to blink rate of 1Hz (Both BLINKFAST and BLINKSLOW).
The tag blinks at 1Hz when the jumpers are in place, however when I remove the jumpers, the tag starts blinking at a very high rate(around 0.05 Hz).
Has anybody noticed similar behavior?
