How can we extract the Phase noise of DW1000

Hi,
I want to extract the phase noise (Phase offset) of DW1000. There are two DW1000, one as TX and another one as RX. I could not find any register for phase noise in the DW1000 document. Please let me know how can I extract this value in the RX.

Thank you. How does DW1000 measure the RCPHASE? I need to know that the RCPHASE is phase offset or not.
