The dw3000 datasheets do not show how to use a TCXO for the dw3000 chip，the dw1000 needs to use a LDO for the power of TCXO and VDDBAT，is the dw3000 needs to use a LDO for the power of TCXO？

in the time when the DW1000 was released almost no TCXO contained integrated LDO nad it was needed for proper TXCO functionality. These days some TCXO have integrated LDO and is such case external LDO is not needed.
Check your TCXO datasheet so see if you need an external LDO or not.
