Is there any way to increase the accuracy of DWM1001? I want accuracy less than 10 cm. Is it possible?

The dw1000 accuracy is around 10 cm, but it will strongly depend on environment and line of sight.
You may augment the accuracy it with advance software functionality such as averaging or filtering (particle filter could be looked at).
Some dw1000 users have reach few centimeter accuracy using the dw1000 chip so it is possible but will also depend on the application.
